The Moment of Decision

The time has come! Get your camera out and take part in our new Photo Contest. Be as creative as you can and submit a photo related to a decision: a law decision, a family moment or even a key scene that you managed to capture on the street. You have free rein for this edition.

How to participate?

The Contest takes place from 21st September to 14th October of 2020, at 12:00 am (UTC +2). Each Participant must submit only one photo which must be in accordance with the Contest Rules.
The photo submitted using this link must have an aspect ratio of 2:3 and must be a JPEG file (3MB to 10MB in size).
The Photo Contest is online only, we do not ask you to send anything: it is the best way to respect the health protocol and the environment. It is free of charge, so do not wait any longer and take part in the Photo Contest!

The G7 Lawyers join the Contest

For the first time, our Photo Contest is open to the G7 Lawyers countries. Now, more than ever, we need to create bonds between lawyers across the world. This Photo Contest is the best way to share a lot of good moments and meet new people.
Any lawyer, any law intern from the G7 Lawyer countries can participate: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, UK, USA.

The Jury

The Jury is composed of 8 members including: famous photographers or photo-experts, lawyers, law intern and French National Bar Council employee. The deliberation of the Jury will take place on October in order to select the 30 winners.
Amongst them, the best photos will receive the following awards:
  • Prix de la Dignité (Dignity Award)
  • Prix de la Conscience (Awareness Award)
  • Prix de l'Indépendance (Independence Award)
  • Prix de la Probité (Probity Award)
  • Prix de l'Humanité (Humanity Award)
  • Prix de l'Humour (Humor Award)
  • Prix de la Mise en scène (Best Director Award)
  • Coup de coeur du Jury (Special mention of the Jury)
  • Grand Prix "Instant de la Decision" ("Moment of Decision" Grand Prix)
The ceremony awards will take place on 28th October.

Contest Rules

The Photo Contest Rules is available and can be downloaded at the bottom of this webpage. Any Participant must understand and agree the Contest Rules in order to participate.
